GAINTECH INDUSTRIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Production Manager for extrusion operations. The role focuses on hands-on leadership on the factory floor to drive daily production, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will oversee operators and technicians, optimise extrusion parameters, monitor yield and downtime, collaborate with quality, maintenance and engineering, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on extrusion experience in flexible profiles.
• Experience with rubber, TPE/TPV, flexible PVC.
• Ability to plan and supervise daily production.
• Diploma or technical qualification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organise and supervise daily extrusion production to meet schedules.
• Lead and manage production operators and shift personnel.
• Set up and optimise extrusion processes, including temperature and line speed.
• Troubleshoot extrusion problems affecting quality or output.
• Ensure extruded profiles meet dimensions, tolerances and appearance.
• Coordinate tooling changes, machine setup and changeovers.
• Monitor material usage, scrap, yield and downtime.
• Improve productivity and energy efficiency on the line.
• Work with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance teams.
