Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor in Kallang, Singapore to direct manufacturing operations across multiple lines, ensuring volume, quality and cost goals are met. You will lead teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with engineers and maintenance staff.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, training, and ensuring manufacturing standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in any field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Evaluate daily/regular plant performance and advise on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead a team of engineers/officers to meet quality, cost, delivery targets.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coach performance with operators.
• Collaborate with engineers on plant improvements and cost-proposal development.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to project teams.
• Interface between operations and maintenance functions when needed.
• Train and coach junior operators.
• Prioritize production schedules to meet customer requirements.
