Job summary

SILTRONIC SILICON WAFER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable production supervisor to lead a team of line leaders and operators in meeting daily output, quality and yield targets at our fab.

You will conduct daily pass-downs, manage manpower and consumables, ensure safety and housekeeping, and coordinate across departments to support projects and preventive maintenance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day or night).

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering/Science/Production/IT.
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work permanent 12-hour shifts (day or night).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity and yield.
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and expedite line issues if any
• Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning
• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are being followed
• Conduct training/coaching to leaders & operators to improve performance
• Implement ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors
• Ensure good discipline and housekeeping in the line
• Coordinate with other departments to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance activities in the fab
