Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable production supervisor to manage daily production, capacity planning and machine optimization.

You will lead a production team, drive 6S, TPM and OEE initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality issues. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Engineering or relevant with at least 7 years in manufacturing, including 3 years in supervision, and have experience in CNC machining and metal fabrication

Qualifications

Min Diploma in Engineering or relevant
Min 7 years of production or operations experience in a manufacturing environment with 3 years of supervisory
Experience in CNC machining and metal fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

Manage daily production, capacity planning and machine optimization.
Lead and motivate the production team to meet schedules for operations supporting customer requirements.
Maintain 6S standard; ensure a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
Oversee consumables spending, delivery metrics, TPM and OEE programs.
Support Lean/Kaizen initiatives and continuous improvement.
Conduct routine cell and toolbox meetings effectively.
Promote a motivated and disciplined workforce and positive working environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production/quality issues.
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
Update ERP system (Syteline) accurately and timely.
