Job summary

Vantive, a vital organ therapy company, is seeking an extrusion technician to operate the extrusion line and support downstream packaging and QA activities in Singapore.

You will monitor process parameters, prepare and verify materials for production, maintain machine cleanliness per 6S, and diligently record production data to ensure quality and compliance with EHS and cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in extrusion/plastics processes encouraged.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot extrusion equipment.
• Strong adherence to safety and compliance protocols.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion line and monitor process parameters.
• Prepare materials and verify readiness for production.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and comply with 6S.
• Record production data and update records (Pitch Chart, OEE, MAR QDA & A&P).
