Job summary

AIRCRAFT SUPPORT INDUSTRIES (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Lead Estimator to drive end-to-end cost estimation, value engineering and bid management for complex aviation infrastructure projects, including wide-body MRO hangars and military facilities.

You will lead multi-disciplinary takeoffs, assess subcontractor proposals, and mentor junior estimators while collaborating with Project Managers and Design Teams to deliver cost-effective, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of international estimating experience.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with estimating software and Excel; CCS Candy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed first-principles estimating for lump-sum, design-build and EPC bids.
• Develop scopes of work for trade contractors and evaluate proposals for compliance and schedule.
• Identify project risks and price contingencies; conduct value engineering.
• Lead bid reviews with executives and mentor junior estimators.
