Evaluate and level subcontractor proposals to ensure compliance with specifications, schedule constraints, site logistics and safety requirements. Maintain and expand a strong database of specialized aviation vendors and material suppliers.
  3. 3. Risk Analysis & Value Engineering. Identify key project risks-such as soil conditions, FAA/ICAO/EASA site compliance, crane access limitations, long-lead fabrications and airfield operational constraints-and price risk contingencies accordingly. Conduct value engineering (VE) studies to propose cost-effective alternatives for structural framing, enclosure materials and mechanical systems without sacrificing operational utility.
  4. 4. Bid Presentation & Team Leadership. Lead bid review meetings with executive leadership, presenting direct/indirect cost breakdowns, gross margins, cash flow models and risk matrices. Mentor and oversee junior estimators and quantity surveyors within the pre-construction team. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Development and Design Teams during pre-bid and post-award handoffs. From time to time, the Management will at its discretion assign other job duties or assignments to you. The Company reserves the right to second or transfer you to another department.
