Qualifications

• 7–10 years of practical experience in a similar position advantageous.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with estimating software packages; CCS Candy is preferred; MS Excel and Cubicost are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and prepare a summary of salient points and risks.
• Prepare cost plans, bill of quantities, and tender submissions for review.
• Carry out quantity takeoffs and study tender drawings and specifications.
• Assist in subcontract evaluation and procurement during tendering.
• Monitor post‑tender contract administration, variation claims and final accounts.
