In this role you will log into the GeBIZ portal, analyze project requirements, price accurately and collaborate with builders to ensure competitive bids. Strong attention to detail and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with builders to support tendering processes.
• Familiarity with tender evaluation and pricing.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential projects to identify suitable tenders aligned with company capabilities.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations by analyzing project requirements and ensuring proper pricing strategies
• Utilize experience with fit-out, refurbishment, and A&A projects to enhance quotation quality and strike rate
• Log into and navigate the GeBIZ portal to source and manage tender opportunities efficiently
• Apply knowledge of builders’ processes and requirements to improve project evaluation and tender submission outcomes
