Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer/MTS to lead Dry Etch technology for Next Generation NAND projects in Singapore. You will own process development, collaborate across process areas, and drive device performance and yield improvements.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in dry etch RD with 4–5 years in NAND/DRAM module development, plus strong data analytics and leadership skills to mentor peers and guide cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of dry etch process development in R&D transitioning to manufacturing.
• 4–5 years of NAND, DRAM or Logic module development experience in cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dry Etch technology and develop critical modules.
• Develop and optimize dry etch processes to meet structural and electrical specs.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to roadmap current and next-gen NAND equipment.
• Mentor engineers and present technology roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Incorporate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
