Qualifications

• 6-10 years of dry etch process development in R&D
• 4-5 years of NAND/DRAM/Logic module development experience on cross-functional projects
• Knowledge of plasma physics, chemistry, transport or surface phenomena

Responsibilities

• Lead dry etch technology and critical module development
• Be a Dry Etch Area expert
• Develop/innovate dry etch processes to meet specs
• Collaborate with hardware teams to roadmap equipment
• Demonstrate expertise in dry etch fundamentals and process parameters
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex issues
• Present process/tech roadmaps for current and future nodes
• Mentor less experienced engineers and drive skill development
