Job summary

grundfos (singapore) pte ltd is seeking a Lead Digital Sales Tools Manager to drive adoption of digital sales tools and modern practices across the Commercial Building Services division. You will lead global squads, partner with senior stakeholders, and define roadmaps to transform how we engage with customers.

The role emphasizes digital experiments, PoCs, change management, and ensuring governance with project boards. Hybrid work and global collaboration are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Proven success leading digital transformation projects or sales enablement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for digital sales tools in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional squads to build capabilities and scale technology globally.
• Develop and execute PoCs for customer self-service and guided selling.
• Define target-state workflows, training, and change management to reduce manual work via digitalization.
• Manage budgets, risks, issues, and reporting to Steering Committees.
