You will collaborate with BIM, Project, Engineering and Operations teams to develop practical digital solutions that improve coordination, productivity, reporting and decision‑making. Qualifications

• Experience leading digital engineering initiatives in construction projects.
• Ability to develop and implement digital workflows and automation.
• Strong data analytics and dashboarding skills.
• Proficiency with BIM workflows and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of digital solutions and workflows to support construction operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, data analytics and digitalisation.
• Develop tools and applications to streamline project reporting, tracking, and data management.
• Support integration of digital systems across project and corporate functions.
• Collaborate with BIM team to enhance workflows and integrate project data with digital apps.
• Create automated workflows for model/data extraction, checking, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and data visualisations for project and management use.
