Qualifications

5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry, engineering, program management or related field.
Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.
Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and continuously enhance leadership development programs aligned with Fab10's strategic priorities and AI-driven transformation roadmap.
Establish a future-focused leadership development framework to equip leaders for AI-driven business transformation.
Assess trends and incorporate leadership competencies into programs.
Develop leadership journeys across levels: emerging, middle, and senior leaders.
Partner with Fab10 leadership to identify capability gaps and translate business challenges into targeted development solutions.
