You will design scalable leadership experiences, craft governance for the leadership portfolio, and partner with talent leaders to drive measurable business impact across the organization.

This role requires deep expertise in leadership development and change management, with a strategic, data-driven approach to scaling impact globally.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership development, organizational development, culture transformation, and enterprise change management.
• Ability to build leadership capability systems linked to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience engaging with senior partners and aligning initiatives to strategy.
• Track record translating strategy into scalable leadership experiences and programs.
• Experience applying data, insights, or analytics to inform development decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leadership dimension of AI transformation, signaling and reinforcing new behaviors.
• Architect differentiated leadership pathways aligned to Micron's Leadership Attribute Model.
• Govern the leadership development portfolio as an enterprise capability system.
• Scale a global facilitator ecosystem delivering high-impact leadership experiences.
• Establish a measurement strategy to demonstrate impact on capability and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Talent Partners to align priorities with business needs.
• Translate evolving business priorities into scalable leadership strategies.
• Leverage AI, experiential learning, and data-driven insights to drive adoption.
