Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry, engineering, program management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business strategies into actionable development programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with external institutions, universities, industry associations, or learning partners.

Responsibilities
