Proven ability to translate business strategies into actionable development programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience collaborating with external institutions, universities, industry associations, or learning partners.

Responsibilities

Lead leadership development strategy and program design.
Develop leadership journeys for leaders at various levels.
Align programs with strategic priorities and transformation roadmap.
Manage end-to-end planning, development, implementation, and governance of leadership development initiatives.
