Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a Principal, Leadership & Organization Capability to shape enterprise leadership development, leveraging AI to redesign work and scale capability across the organization.

You will architect leadership pathways, govern global delivery, measure impact, and partner with Talent Partners to ensure leadership initiatives align with strategic priorities and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, culture transformation, and/or enterprise change management.
• Ability to build leadership capability systems linked to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior partners and aligning development to strategic priorities.
• Proven track record translating strategy into scalable leadership experiences and assessment-led interventions.
• Experience using data/analytics to inform development decisions and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people and leadership dimension of AI transformation by defining behaviors leaders must signal, model, and reinforce.
• Design and scale differentiated leadership pathways across the continuum.
• Establish and govern a leadership development portfolio as an enterprise capability system.
• Build a global facilitator ecosystem delivering high-impact leadership experiences with quality and consistency.
• Establish a measurement strategy to demonstrate impact on capability, readiness, and outcomes.
• Partner with Talent Partners to align leadership development with evolving business needs.
• Translate business priorities into scalable leadership strategies and solutions.
