Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in semiconductor industry, engineering, or program management.
• Experience with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business strategies into actionable development programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development strategy & program design aligned with Fab10 priorities and AI-driven transformation.
• Develop leadership journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders.
• Partner with Fab10 leaders to identify capability gaps and priorities.
• Translate business challenges into targeted development solutions.
• Manage end-to-end planning, development, implementation and governance of programs.
• Engage stakeholders and external partners; present progress and insights to senior leaders.
