Job summary

NTS Components Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Demand Planner to own demand planning in a complex engineer-to-order environment, converting sales pipelines and forecasts into actionable production schedules across a high-mix product portfolio.

You will drive rolling forecasts and S&OP cycles, translate demand signals into capacity constraints, own order promising and lead time quoting with Sales, and set planning parameters for low-volume, variable demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demand/supply planning in HMLV, job shop, or ETO manufacturing.
• Solid grasp of machine shop operations and/or mechatronics assembly.
• ERP proficiency with Navision/SAP/BAAN and strong MRP fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Drive rolling forecasts and S&OP/S&OE cycles across hundreds of part families.
• Translate demand signals into capacity constraints and shop floor priorities.
• Own order promising and lead time quoting with Sales and Scheduling.
• Set planning parameters (safety stock, buffers) suited to low-volume, variable demand.
• Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve inputs and methods.
