Job summary

NTS Singapore is seeking a Lead Demand Planner to be the control tower of the factory’s commitment: what we build, when we build it, and how we deliver on customer demand.

In an engineer-to-order environment, you translate sales pipelines, forecasts and order history into production schedules and align material planning with production. This role drives S&OP cycles and requires cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years demand/supply planning in HMLV, job shop, or ETO manufacturing.
• Solid grasp of machine shop operations and/or mechatronics assembly.
• ERP proficiency and strong MRP fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Drive rolling forecasts and S&OP/S&OE cycles across hundreds of part families.
• Translate demand signals into capacity constraints and shop floor priorities.
• Own order promising and lead time quoting with Sales and Scheduling.
• Set planning parameters (safety stock, buffers) suited to low-volume, variable demand.
• Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve inputs and methods.
