Singtel is building an AI-first telco for the future. We seek a Lead Data Scientist to steer strategic analytics, develop AI/ML capabilities, and translate data insights into measurable business value across Singtel SG's mobile, broadband, and entertainment services.

You will lead a team of data scientists, collaborate with business units and external partners, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions with strong governance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in data science or analytics.
• Proven ability to design, build and scale AI/ML solutions for business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale large-scale AI and ML programs, translating priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Oversee model design, development and productionization across customer journeys with governance.
• Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle data to inform targeting and engagement strategies.
• Drive robust data exploration, experiments, and A/B tests to improve outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the data science team.
