Singtel is seeking a Data Scientist within the AI & Data Analytics (AIDA) unit to drive insights, build AI/ML models, and respond to market shifts impacting the business.

You will develop predictive models for network anomalies, customer behavior, and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver data-driven solutions across Singtel’s product and service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML initiatives across Singtel's product and service offerings, defining problem statements and architect end-to-end solutions.
• Design, build, and productionize analytical models to enable intelligent decisioning within customer journeys and integrate these models into decision engines.
