Job summary

Star Alliance is seeking a Lead, Corporate Development & Marketing to be based in Singapore, providing day‑to‑day marketing support, branding compliance and content production while keeping BAU dashboards up to date for internal and member audiences.

The role involves coordinating with member airlines, external vendors and internal teams, assisting with audits, meetings and investor relations content, and ensuring timely delivery of performance reports and communications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand or communications operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for branding queries and coordinate audit follow-ups across branding standards.
• Support the standards review and audit cycle for marketing and branding, including MCR releases and audits.
• Coordinate with external creative, branding and media vendors and track deliverables and timelines.
• Produce recurring internal and member-facing communications, including Radar reports, product booklets and factsheets updates.
• Assemble Investor Relations reports with input from Corporate Planning and BI.
• Plan and coordinate marketing and branding meetings and events, including logistics and stakeholder scheduling.
• Provide administrative support for Agile ceremonies (scheduling, notes, coordination).
• Maintain and refresh BAU dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Support dashboard enhancements as new requirements arise with BI.
