Job summary

Star Alliance in Singapore seeks a Lead, IT Solutions to drive digital initiatives across airlines, airports, and loyalty systems. The role collaborates with product owners and vendors, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.

You will own technical aspects of solution design, oversee architecture decisions, and coordinate delivery with a geographically dispersed team, while ensuring quality and timely stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

Completed studies in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience with API, MQ, ETL integrations.
Experience in Airline IT ecosystem (PSS, DCS, eCommerce).
Leading large workshop environments and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Star Alliance digital solutions across airlines, airports and loyalty systems.
Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specs.
Review vendor proposals and ensure alignment with requirements.
Support product owner in defining strategies and backlog refinement.
Oversee architectural discussions and design decisions with stakeholders.
Lead test management to ensure functionality as designed.
Manage communications with stakeholders to address inquiries.
