Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in BI, strategy, data analytics or corporate development.
• Aviation or airline alliance experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous analyses.
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with governance and advisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction of NPS and member dashboards, defining what to measure.
• Identify blind spots in measurement and surface gaps early.
• Apply trend, segmentation and root-cause analyses on data sets.
• Lead data strategy input into hub modernization initiatives.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical plans.
• Design and maintain a forward-looking reporting roadmap.
• Build cross-team data advisory practices for stakeholders.
• Represent on Market Research VEC, shaping research agenda.
• Review data-driven recommendations before finalisation.
• Stay current on analytics and AI tooling relevant to work.
• Mentor juniors and backstop BAU dashboard operations.
