Based in Singapore, the Lead, Corporate Development & Marketing will report to the Senior Director, Corporate Development & Marketing.
This is a hands‑on role providing day‑to‑day marketing support that keeps our member airlines aligned and our external presence consistent, from branding compliance support to vendor coordination and content production, while also maintaining our existing suite of BAU dashboards and reporting tools.
Job Description
Marketing Support
- Act as the first point of contact for member airlines on branding compliance queries, coordinating audit follow‑ups across external, customer experience and aircraft branding standards (e.g. PJI Audit, Brandbook Audit, evidence templates)
- Support the standards review and audit cycle for marketing and branding, including preparation for scheduled Member Communication Requirement (MCR) releases and audits
- Coordinate with external creative, branding and media vendors, supporting scope of work discussions, deliverable tracking and timeline management
- Produce recurring internal and member‑facing communications deliverables, including the quarterly Radar report, product booklet and factsheet updates
- Assemble the Investor Relations report, drawing on input provided by Corporate Planning and Business Intelligence
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing and branding‑related meetings and events, including logistics and stakeholder scheduling
- Provide administrative support for the team's Agile ceremonies, including scheduling, notes and coordination
- Maintain and refresh existing BAU dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring outputs remain accurate and delivered on schedule
- Support enhancements to existing dashboards as new requirements arise, in coordination with the Business Intelligence function
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, brand or communications operations
- Working familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar) sufficient to maintain and lightly enhance existing reports
- Experience coordinating external vendors and managing deliverable timelines
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and switching between operational and administrative work
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage recurring deliverables independently
- Proactive and self‑motivated individual with strong communication skills
- Cross cultural work experience, with exceptional relationships and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in English is essential, as it is the sole language used for communication with Star Alliance member airlines and other external stakeholders
- Aviation or airline alliance industry experience is an advantage but not required
