You will manage brand messaging, coordinate with hotels, airlines, and tourism boards, and oversee budgets, timelines, and team performance. Candidates should have 8+ years in marketing and strong digital/analytical skills to shape our market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and events within the travel industry.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns and events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Digital marketing and social media management experience.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• IT and internet savvy with creative and strategic thinking.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage brand image and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Create and execute campaigns for travel packages, tours, cruises, and destinations.
• Plan and coordinate travel fairs, roadshows, talks, launches, seminars, webinars, and promotions.
• Liaise with hotels, airlines, tourism boards, cruise lines and partners for events.
• Lead and supervise marketing and event staff and coordinate with departments and vendors.
• Evaluate event outcomes and prepare post-event reports with improvements.
