Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of construction experience, preferably with condominium or commercial buildings.
Strong communication and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
Experience in façade installation and curtain wall decoration management preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage construction activities and progress independently.
Understand structural drawings, specifications, and requirements.
Supervise structural/architectural works; coordinate with client's representatives.
Lead a team of workers and subcontractors on site.
Resolve design site problems encountered during construction.
Ensure quality of work and adherence to standards.
Implement the work plan of the Project Manager.
Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules.
Oversee quality control, safety, and health on site.
Attend project meetings and provide input as required.
Handle ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability.
