Job summary

China Construction Realty Co. Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior Site Technique Manager to lead BIM, C&S, M&E and Archi teams. You will manage the design program, coordinate with consultants and clients, and resolve technical issues to keep the project on track.

The role requires a Civil/Structural engineering background, 10+ years of experience, and strong RC knowledge. The incumbent will chair progress meetings and ensure compliance with standards and buildability requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil, Structural or related field (Singapore PE Board acknowledged).
• Min 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in large-scale Civil & Infrastructure/Building projects.
• Strong knowledge of RC structures and familiarity with Archi, M&E.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently.
• 5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Lead site technique team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Archi) to deliver timely, quality outcomes.
• Coordinate design matters with Consultants and Clients; resolve technical problems.
• Prepare and manage shop drawings (RC and Archi) and manage submittals; craft technical proposals.
• Chair regular technique team meetings for progress monitoring.
• Ensure optimized design solutions meet standards, regulations, contractual specs and buildability.
• Ensure construction team understands latest drawings and requirements.
