is seeking an experienced construction site manager to oversee on‑site activities, supervise structural and architectural works, and coordinate with client representatives. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving on site, and a focus on safety andQuality on every task. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience in condominium or commercial buildings, and a background in façade

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of construction experience, preferably with condominium or commercial buildings.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Experience in façade installation and curtain wall decoration management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Understand structural drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Supervise structural/architectural works; coordinate with client's representatives.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors on site.
• Resolve design site problems encountered during construction.
• Ensure quality of work and adherence to standards.
• Implement the work plan of the Project Manager.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and health on site.
• Attend project meetings and provide input as required.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability.

• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
• Attend project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
• Preferably with experience in façade installation and curtain wall decoration management
• Min Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 8 years of working experience in the related field with condominium /the commercial building is required for this position.
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
