Job summary

CITIWALL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day facade and curtain wall installation works at the project site.

You will coordinate site activities, supervise workers and subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Qualifications

• Diploma, Certificate or Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction site experience, preferably facade, curtain wall, aluminum, cladding or building envelope projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of construction site operations and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily facade and curtain wall installation activities on site.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities to ensure progress per the project programme.
• Supervise workers, installers, subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Coordinate interfaces between facade works and other trades (structural, architectural, MEP).
• Review drawings and shop drawings; raise RFIs/queries as needed.
• Monitor site progress, safety and quality; prepare site reports and records.
• Ensure materials delivery, storage and logistics align with schedule.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and contractors and attend meetings.
