is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to lead coordination of architectural works on large-scale, high-rise projects. The role requires liaising with clients, consultants, project teams and subcontractors to ensure technical requirements are followed and met. You will plan trades schedules, coordinate with structural and M&E interfaces, and ensure timely submissions of drawings, samples, and method statements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, BOA-recognized.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as Architectural Manager on large-scale, high-rise projects (≥100 m).
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate with inter-disciplinary teams and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, consultants, project team and sub-contractors to ensure follow-up on technical requirements.
• Plan trades schedule and coordinate architectural trade work, interfacing with structural and M&E details.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings, samples and method statements per project schedule.
• Plan and coordinate on-site activities with subcontractors and supervisors for smooth execution.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with design and specs.
• Monitor progress against the targeted schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all works meet EHS, quality and regulatory requirements including maintainability.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
