Responsibilities

Coordinate subcontractors and construction team to meet performance conditions.
Prepare reports on job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
Negotiate terms, manage contract drafts, bid on projects, and obtain permits to mitigate risks.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure quality and alignment with client needs and industry standards.
Review projects daily to ensure quality standards and budget adherence.
Supervise projects to ensure timely completion and exceed customer requirements.
Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment coordinating hiring, engineers, architects, and vendors.
