Job summary

SINGAPORE AIRLINES LIMITED is seeking a Lead Software Engineer, AIOps & Resilience to design and build AI-powered automation and self-healing capabilities for IT operations. You will lead the engineering of intelligent analytics, incident insights and proactive remediation across IT services and ITSM.

You will mentor teams, promote responsible AI adoption and drive modern engineering practices while partnering with architects, cybersecurity, and IT service teams to ensure secure, scalable

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in software engineering or related areas.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and enterprise app delivery experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software to improve IT operations, ITSM and resilience.
• Lead end-to-end delivery including design, architecture, development, testing and production support.
• Develop APIs, automation frameworks and cloud-native applications.
• Drive observability, data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, platform engineers and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
