Job summary

IBM Consulting in Singapore seeks a Cloud Ops Transformation Lead to drive proactive, AI-powered operations across multiple client environments. You will oversee observability, automation, and transformation initiatives, aligning with enterprise architecture and business value realization.

The role requires a senior leader with deep experience in cloud operations, incident management, and end-to-end transformation programs, leveraging tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, Ansible, and Terraform.

Qualifications

At least 10+ years delivering IT/Cloud Ops or transformation programs.
Proven experience driving operations transformation and automation initiatives.
Strong understanding of Cloud Operations, incident management and ITSM.
Hands-on experience with observability tools: Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk.
Experience with automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, scripting.
Proficient in using Jira, MS Project, ADO, Smartsheet, Confluence; Singapore Citizens only.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Operations transformation roadmap across environments.
Drive the transition from reactive to proactive (AIOps-enabled) operations.
Operationalize observability platforms into real-time decision-making and insights.
Transform manual runbooks into automated workflows and self-healing mechanisms.
Oversee delivery across transformation workstreams and governance structures.
Communicate progress to clients and translate technical gains into business value.
