Qualifications

10+ years of IT, Cloud Operations, or transformation program delivery in consulting or enterprise settings.
Strong experience in driving operations transformation, automation, and large-scale improvements.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms and ITSM practices.
Hands-on or functional experience with observability tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, or Splunk.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Cloud Ops transformation roadmap across environments.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and client objectives.
Drive proactive, predictive (AIOps-enabled) operations and automated remediation.
Operationalize observability platforms into real-time decision-making.
Embed automation into delivery pipelines and runbooks.
Lead planning sessions, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Translate technical improvements into cost savings, stability, and scalability.
Manage risks, dependencies, and value realization across workstreams.
