Job summary

NCS is seeking a Business Process Reengineer (Lead) Consultant to partner with clients and cross-functional teams to analyse, redesign, and optimise business processes for AI-ready workflows. You will translate business requirements into AI-first designs, driving efficiency and measurable value from AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3+ years in process reengineering, business analysis, management consulting or similar roles.
• Experience leading or supporting BPR initiatives, preferably in technology, digital transformation, or AI-enabled projects.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, data analytics, and digital technologies.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (Miro, Visio, Bizagi, ARIS) and workflow automation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Experience in consulting, large enterprises, telco, government, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process reviews and redesign for AI deployments.
• Design future-state AI-first workflows aligned with standards.
• Develop detailed process documentation, use cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions to capture as-is and to-be processes.
• Oversee pilots, measure impact, and refine recommendations.
