Job summary

You will oversee end-to-end admissions, drive process improvements, monitor trends, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to implement admission procedures. Strong analytical, communication, and IT skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with 3 years in leading a team.
• Experience in an educational institution is advantageous.
• High accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Excel VBA, Python or R is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer admission exercises from application review to offer and enrolment.
• Process applications in line with institutional policies and admission criteria.
• Review existing processes and propose enhancements to improve timeliness and accuracy.
• Monitor, analyse and report trends in admissions and course demand.
• Manage course streaming and course transfer processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external agencies on admission processes.
• Oversee systems enhancement and development, including requirement gathering and testing.
• Deliver customer-focused services and procedures.
• Handle admissions-related enquiries and appeals.
