Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline with 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in higher education governance or policy compliance is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to summarise complex information into clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Graduate Intake and Enrolment Planning (GIEP) exercise with schools and stakeholders.
• Prepare postgraduate intake and enrolment reports and certification support.
• Coordinate data collection, consolidation and validation for strategic planning.
• Create reports and materials for senior management discussions and governance committees.
• Identify information gaps and risks; recommend actions to strengthen planning outcomes.
• Support reporting frameworks and stakeholder engagement to enhance governance.
