Percept Solutions is seeking talented individuals to join our banking operations support team. The role focuses on providing L2 Java-based application support, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring SLAs are met.

You will work with business users and technical teams, run basic SQL queries, assist with deployments, and document fixes in the knowledge base. Prior experience in Java/J2EE and databases is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on Java/J2EE app support or development.
• Basic understanding of Java, Spring, REST APIs and web services.
• Good knowledge of Oracle/MySQL and SQL.
• Experience with Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 application support for Java-based applications used in banking operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues within SLAs.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve incidents.
• Perform basic SQL queries to investigate data-related issues.
• Document recurring issues and workarounds in the knowledge base.
• Support application deployment and change activities during releases.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or development teams.
