Job summary

The International French School in Singapore seeks a diligent IT Support Technician to deliver on-site and remote L1 assistance, ensuring timely resolution and a positive user experience across students and staff.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices (PCs, iPads, Macs, Chromebooks), manage tickets, document solutions, and assist with device deployment. A diploma or degree in IT is required, with fresh grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• ITIL certification is an advantage; willingness to obtain it.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 1 year IT support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote L1 IT support for end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices (PCs, iPads, Macs, Chromebooks).
• Log and track IT queries in the ticketing system.
• Escalate issues to IT teams when needed.
• Document solutions in the IT knowledge base.
• Assist with device deployment and IT equipment management.
