Job summary

INTERNATIONAL FRENCH SCHOOL (SINGAPORE) LTD. is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote Level 1 support for students, teachers, and staff. You will manage end-user devices and assist with PC imaging, deployment, and IT equipment management.

The role requires basic Windows, Google Workspace familiarity, and a customer-focused, collaborative approach. Training opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
ITIL certification is an advantage; willing to obtain.
Fresh graduates welcome; up to 1 year IT support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 on-site and remote IT support for end users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, iPads, Macs, and Chromebooks.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and server access issues.
Respond to queries via in-person, email, chat or phone.
Log incidents in the ticketing system and track progress.
Escalate issues to IT teams as needed and follow up for resolution.
Document solutions in the IT knowledge base.
