The International French School (Singapore) is seeking a senior IT leader to drive end‑user computing, device lifecycle management, and IT support leadership across the organization. You will oversee MDM implementations, GPO management, and reporting while coaching a team of IT Support Technicians and ensuring services meet SLAs.

Required are a Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, ITIL; PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus, and 4–7 years of IT systems leadership experience in an educational or international setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology.
• ITIL and PMP/PRINCE2 training are advantageous.
• 4–7 years of IT systems management experience, including leadership in End-User Computing.
• Experience in education or international schools is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MDM and GPO implementations.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-user computing and IT support leadership for the org.
• Oversee device lifecycle management, asset records, and procurement.
• Implement and manage SCCM, JAMF, Intune, and Google Admin Console.
• Manage changes, incidents, problems, and continual service improvement.
• Produce reports, manage vendors, and coordinate procurement.
• Lead and develop the IT Support team; ensure SLA compliance.
