International French School (Singapore) is seeking an IT Leader to drive end-user computing strategy, deploy software, manage the device fleet, and lead the IT Support team to resolve incidents and requests efficiently. You will oversee PC and fleet management, implement MDM and GPO at scale using SCCM, JAMF, Intune, Google Admin Console, and Azure AD, and report on service delivery and vendor performance.

This permanent role requires 4–7 years in IT, education sector experience preferred,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology.
• 4–7 years IT systems management experience, including at least three years in End-User Computing leadership.
• Experience in education, campus, or international school environments is an advantage.
• ITIL certification would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English and French is required to communicate with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead End-User Computing Management (70%) including device lifecycle, asset records, and procurement.
• Manage Software Deployment & MDM: implement and administer GPO/MDM at scale using SCCM, JAMF, Intune, Google Admin Console, and GoGuardian.
• Oversee Technical Operations, Change & Problem Management with proactive issue resolution and change control.
• Drive Continuous Improvement with process efficiencies, documentation, and reporting.
• Lead IT-Support Team: coaching, incident and service request management, SLAs, and escalations.
• Coordinate with IT Director and other IT teams; vendor & procurement management.
