Job summary

INTERNATIONAL FRENCH SCHOOL (SINGAPORE) LTD. seeks an IT leader to manage end-user computing, software deployment, and device fleet across the school, ensuring secure, reliable services and timely support.

You will lead a team of IT Support Technicians, govern procurement and vendor relationships, and drive continuous service improvement while maintaining compliance with SLAs and school policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology.
• ITIL certification would be an added advantage.
• PMP or PRINCE2 training and certification would be an added advantage.
• 4–7 years of IT systems management experience, including at least three years in a similar End-User Computing leadership role.
• Experience in education, campus, or international school environments is an advantage.
• Robust knowledge of MDM tools and implementations of large-scale targeted Group Policies (GPO).
• Familiarity with Windows 11, ChromeOS, iPadOS, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-User Computing Management (70%) including device lifecycle, deployment, and asset records.
• Define device requirements, plan refresh cycles, and ensure secure configuration and accurate asset records.
• Implement and manage large-scale targeted group policies (GPO) and MDM solutions (SCCM, JAMF, Intune, Google Admin Console, GoGuardian).
• Oversee Technical Operations, Change & Problem Management to keep end-user systems up-to-date and protected.
• Drive continual service improvement and document processes for efficiency gains.
• Produce reports and provide insightful commentary on IT service data to stakeholders.
• Manage hardware & software vendors, procurement, budgets, and SLAs; monitor performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT Support Technicians; coordinate with IT Directors.
