You will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs and employee development activities at our Singapore location. Responsibilities include managing training logistics, maintaining records and reports, supporting orientation and engagement initiatives, and contributing to post-training analytics and e-learning content development.

Qualifications

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and employee development activities.
• Maintain training records, track participation, and prepare learning reports.
• Support HR processes such as orientation and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external training programs, workshops, and employee development activities.
• Assist in managing training logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
• Maintain training records, track participation, and prepare learning reports.
• Support HR processes such as orientation and employee engagement initiatives.
• Help prepare post-training feedback reports and analytics.
• Assist in the development and rollout of training materials, e-learning modules and onboarding content.
• Support the administration of HR systems and tools related to training and development.
