Job summary

Murata Electronics Singapore (Pte.) Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Development Executive based in Singapore to support design, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives. The role requires collaboration with HR, business units, and external partners, and involves commuting between Yishun and Tuas offices to support operations.

The candidate will identify learning needs, develop programmes, and evaluate effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and strengthen organisational capability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant Learning & Development or HR experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and learning systems.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs based on input from line managers and business units.
• Coordinate development of learning materials with internal subject matter experts.
• Manage learning calendars, logistics, and trainer arrangements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor budgets and grants.
• Support HiPo development, succession planning, and talent assessment.
• Collaborate with HR and business units to share knowledge and drive improvements.
