Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an L&D Coordinator to coordinate learning initiatives and programmes. The role requires organizing in-house and external trainings, managing the LMS, and collaborating with L&D and department managers to identify training needs.

You will handle onboarding admin, staff training, and engagement activities, with travel between Tuas and Yishun offices. A degree in HR/BA and at least 3 years in HR/L&D are required, plus strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resource / Learning & Development or similar.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders for HR related matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all L&D initiatives and organizational programmes.
• Organize in-house and external training courses, including seminars and courses.
• Administer Learning Management System (LMS) and database to ensure details are recorded accurately.
• Collaborate with L&D Manager and Department Manager to identify training needs and plan.
• Handle registration, enrolment, and tracking of e-learning courses.
• Send reminders to employees regarding course dates and attendance requirements; manage training payments.
• Maintain and update training records; prepare reports and submissions for compliance.
• Apply for funding and grants with government bodies.
• Plan and execute onboarding administration for new hires.
• Conduct and facilitate HR training and briefings.
• Drive employee events and engagement initiatives tailored to organization’s needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact to coordinate all L&D initiatives and organizational programmes.
• Organize in-house and external training courses, including handle all arrangement for seminars and courses.
• Administer Learning Management System (LMS) and database to ensure all details are accurately created and recorded.
• Collaborate closely with the L&D Manager and Department Manager to identify traning needs and establish training plan
• Handle registration, enrolment, and tracking of e-learning courses.
• Send our reminders to employee regarding course date and attendance requirements, handle training payment matter.
• Maintain and update traning records, prepare report and submission of documents for compliance purpose.
• Apply for funding and grants with government bodies.
• Effectively plan and execute a smooth onboarding adminstration process for new hires.
• Conduct and facilitate HR training and briefings.
• Drive employee events and engagement initiatives tailored to the organization's needs
