Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned F&B General Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets in Singapore.

You will develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and guest satisfaction, lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting, and mentor outlet managers and operations teams to deliver service excellence. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality, including at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit F&B operations.
• Experience in budgeting, cost management and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s F&B market and customer trends.

• Gross salary: SGD 8,000–10,000 per month
• Work schedule: 6 days off per month, including shifts, weekends and public holidays
