Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking an L2/L3 Support Engineer in Singapore to provide technical support for Kubernetes, cloud, and data protection environments.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, analyse logs, and reproduce root causes while collaborating with engineering teams to resolve product-related issues. The role requires hands-on Kubernetes administration, experience with AWS/Azure/GCP (including EKS/AKS/GKE), strong Linux CLI skills, and scripting in Python or Shell, plus familiarity

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, including EKS, AKS or GKE.
Strong Linux and command-line troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Python/Shell scripting and CI/CD environments.
Prior customer-facing L2/L3 technical support experience.
Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery or data protection is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 technical support for Kubernetes and cloud environments.
Troubleshoot backup, recovery, storage and cloud integration issues.
Analyse logs, identify root causes and reproduce technical issues.
Work with engineering teams to resolve product-related issues.
Provide clear technical guidance and updates to customers.
